🤝🏻 What are we solving for and how?
Europe lacks a bottom-up culture of innovation. A critical mass of exceptional talent won’t come from one single location. Young builders lack encouragement for entrepreneurialism in their immediate surrounding. Technical builders lack the business know-how and often don’t call the shots in technology companies.
How do we change that?
… neither with super inclusive ‘communities’
… nor by expanding on already extensive pools of ‘resources’ available on the Internet.
Instead…
1️⃣ We curate the people who come in. We apply rigour in our selection process, across both hard skills, character and ambition. At scale, it makes sure each member is a true product builder, with enough know-how and altruism to help others in their company building journey.
2️⃣ We promote ambitious projects only. We help all members think about what makes their ideas special and how they could win big. We don’t share cookie-cutter resources. We challenge builders on the big questions, to connect their daily operations with their aspirations.
3️⃣ We provide you with comradeship in your building journey. You no longer build, ship and scale in isolation but rather receive peer-driven, dynamic and context-specific recommendations. You learn from the problems of others. You build in group, get challenged, and stay inspired.
👥 Who coordinates the network?
Sebastien Michaud: one of Europe’s youngest senior-level Venture Capitalists. Sebastien has screened over 1K founding teams, invested in 10 seed companies, all of which have successfully raised follow-on rounds. He specialises in identifying what intrinsics teams must have to successfully launch a venture-backable business.
Tomasz Syta: Polish-based Venture builder, supporting first-time founders with building up company operations and processes tethered to Go-To-Market and sales. Tomasz is also an experienced community builder across various Eastern European countries.
